Is sale stock limited — can I back-order a sale item?
Sale and clearance stock is finite — once sold, it is not replenished. Unlike full-price lines where back-ordering is available for most products, sale items cannot be back-ordered. If a specific sale item is showing as in stock, that reflects current on-hand quantity. For commercial orders requiring a matched set (e.g., a specific chair in one colourway for a full venue terrace), contact our team before ordering to confirm available quantity and reserve stock. We cannot guarantee stock will remain available while a commercial order is being processed without prior confirmation.

Yes — commercial buyers can purchase sale-priced stock for venue fitouts, subject to quantities available. What warranty applies to sale outdoor furniture?
Sale and clearance furniture carries the same manufacturer warranty as full-price stock — the warranty period is determined by the manufacturer and product, not by the sale price. Warranty details are listed on each product page. End-of-season clearance and colour-discontinued items are not sold as-is with no warranty — they carry the standard warranty. If a product is a display model or has any cosmetic issue, the product listing will state this and any modified warranty terms will be disclosed prior to purchase.

Can I see sale stock at your showrooms?

Do trade account holders receive further discounts on top of sale pricing?
Trade account pricing and sale pricing are separate — sale items are already priced below the standard trade rate on selected lines. Trade account holders do not receive an additional percentage off sale-priced items. For commercial buyers purchasing full-price stock in volume, standard trade pricing applies — contact our commercial team to discuss a trade account for your venue. If you have a trade account and are purchasing both sale and full-price items in the same order, contact us directly to discuss the order rather than purchasing through the website.

What is the returns policy on sale outdoor furniture?
Sale items are subject to our standard returns policy — change-of-mind returns are not accepted on sale or clearance furniture. If an item arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange an appropriate resolution. Before purchasing, review the product listing carefully — dimensions, colourway and any noted condition issues are stated in the listing.
