Outdoor Daybeds
Our outdoor daybed range is currently built around one core design — Nardi's Komodo modular daybed — offered in four frame colours (White, Anthracite, Tortora and Agave Green) with a choice of Sunbrella and acrylic cushion fabrics, plus two pre-configured bundles: the Komodo Daybed Ombra Set (paired with a resin coffee table) and Komodo Daybed with Ombra 2 (paired with a shade canopy). It's a genuinely modular piece rather than a single fixed shape, so the base configuration can be arranged differently depending on your space.
If you want a daybed-style lounging option in a different form factor, the Allure Sunbrella Cabana offers a single-person reclining lounger with a fold-out canopy as an alternative to the larger Komodo bed shape.

What is an outdoor daybed?
An outdoor daybed is a large, flat lounging piece designed for one or more people to recline on outdoors, similar to a bed-sized sun lounger. Our current range is built around the Nardi Komodo modular daybed, plus the Allure Cabana as a single-person reclining alternative.

What materials are outdoor daybeds made from?
The Komodo daybed uses a resin frame (CATAS-tested to European EN 581 standards for outdoor stability) with Sunbrella or acrylic cushion fabric. The Allure Cabana uses an aluminium frame with Sunbrella upholstery.

Are outdoor daybeds weather-resistant?
The resin and aluminium frames in this range are built for permanent outdoor use. Cushion fabric is more weather-tolerant with Sunbrella (solution-dyed, fade- and rain-resistant) than with standard acrylic fabric, so we'd still recommend a cover or bringing cushions in during extended wet weather.

Are outdoor daybeds comfortable?
Yes — the Komodo's cushioned resin base and the Allure Cabana's upholstered lounger are both designed for extended reclining rather than just sitting. Cushion thickness and fabric feel vary between the Sunbrella and acrylic options, worth checking in-store if comfort is a priority.

How do I clean and maintain outdoor daybeds?
Wipe the resin or aluminium frame down with mild soap and water. Sunbrella cushion covers can generally be spot-cleaned or machine washed depending on the specific cover; check the care label for your chosen fabric before washing.

Can outdoor daybeds be left outside all year round?
The frames can stay outside permanently, but we'd recommend covering the cushions or storing them under cover during prolonged wet weather or the off-season to extend fabric life, particularly with the standard acrylic (non-Sunbrella) fabric options.

Do outdoor daybeds come assembled?
The Komodo modular daybed typically arrives in sections that connect together, so some light assembly is required — more involved for the bundled Ombra sets that include a table or shade. The Allure Cabana requires comparatively less assembly.
