Nardi Free Metro Delivery – Terms & Conditions

Spend $1,000 or more on eligible, full-priced Nardi products and receive free standard delivery to selected metro postcodes. The offer is applied automatically at checkout when both the qualifying Nardi spend and delivery-postcode requirements are met.

1. Promotion Period

  1. The promoter is Outdoor Furniture Ideas (“OFI”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
  2. The promotion begins at 12:00 am AEST on 1 August 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm AEST on 31 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
  3. Orders must be placed and accepted during the Promotion Period to qualify.

2. How to Qualify

To qualify for free standard metro delivery, an order must:

  • Be placed during the Promotion Period.
  • Include $1,000 or more in eligible Nardi products.
  • Be delivered to an eligible selected metro postcode.
  • Meet all other requirements contained in these terms and conditions.

An eligible Nardi product subtotal of exactly $1,000 qualifies for the promotion.

3. Eligible Products

  • Eligible products are full-priced, non-sale Nardi products available from Outdoor Furniture Ideas.
  • Only the value of eligible Nardi products contributes towards the $1,000 minimum qualifying spend.
  • Product eligibility does not by itself guarantee free delivery. The order must also reach the qualifying Nardi spend and be delivered to an eligible selected metro postcode.
  • All orders remain subject to product availability and acceptance by Outdoor Furniture Ideas.

4. Excluded Products and Orders

  • Sale, clearance, final-clearance, discontinued, ex-display or otherwise discounted Nardi products are excluded and do not contribute towards the $1,000 minimum spend.
  • Products from brands other than Nardi do not contribute towards the minimum qualifying spend.
  • Orders containing no eligible Nardi products are not eligible for this promotion.
  • The promotion is not valid on previous, existing or completed orders.
  • The promotion cannot be applied retrospectively to an order after it has been placed.

5. Mixed Orders

  • Orders may contain eligible Nardi products, excluded Nardi products and products from other brands.
  • The eligible, full-priced Nardi product subtotal must independently reach $1,000 or more.
  • Sale Nardi products, non-Nardi products, delivery charges and additional services do not contribute towards the threshold.
  • Delivery charges may still apply to non-Nardi products or other items not covered by the promotion.

6. Calculating the Minimum Spend

  • The $1,000 threshold is calculated using the eligible Nardi product subtotal displayed in the customer’s cart after any applicable discounts.
  • Delivery charges, premium delivery services, assembly, installation and other services do not count towards the minimum spend.
  • If an order is changed or partially cancelled and the remaining eligible Nardi subtotal falls below $1,000, the free-delivery benefit will no longer apply.

7. Selected Metro Postcodes

  • The promotion applies only to delivery addresses within selected Australian metro postcodes nominated by Outdoor Furniture Ideas.
  • This is not an Australia-wide free-delivery offer, and not every metropolitan postcode is included.
  • Customers should use the postcode checker on the promotion landing page to check whether their delivery postcode qualifies.
  • Final postcode eligibility is determined using the complete delivery address entered and confirmed at checkout.
  • If the delivery address changes to a postcode that is not eligible, the free-delivery benefit will no longer apply.

8. Postcode Checker

  • The postcode checker provides an indication of eligibility based on the postcode entered by the customer.
  • Outdoor Furniture Ideas is not responsible for an incorrect result caused by an incorrectly entered postcode or delivery address.
  • A positive postcode result does not confirm free delivery unless the eligible Nardi subtotal also reaches $1,000 or more.
  • Outdoor Furniture Ideas may verify the qualifying postcode, delivery address and product value before dispatch.

9. Standard Delivery Only

Free delivery is limited to Outdoor Furniture Ideas’ standard delivery service. Premium delivery services and additional services are excluded.

Excluded services and additional charges may include:

  • Premium or white-glove delivery.
  • Furniture assembly or installation.
  • Delivery to a specific room or position.
  • Upstairs delivery or difficult-access delivery.
  • Crane, hoist or other specialist access.
  • Redelivery following an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
  • Storage, split delivery or nominated-time services.
  • Any other service outside Outdoor Furniture Ideas’ standard delivery service.

Where an additional service is required or requested, the customer will be advised of the applicable charge before that service is provided.

10. Automatic Application

  • No promotional code is required.
  • Free standard delivery is applied automatically when the eligible Nardi spend and delivery-postcode requirements are satisfied.
  • The promotion cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, a product discount or another benefit.
  • If the customer selects collection instead of delivery, no cash or credit equivalent will be provided.

11. Previous and Existing Orders

  • The promotion is not valid on orders placed, quoted, invoiced, paid, accepted or confirmed before the Promotion Period.
  • Existing orders cannot be cancelled and reordered solely to receive the promotional delivery benefit.
  • The promotion cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed or completed.

12. Changes, Cancellations and Returns

  • If an order is changed or partially cancelled before dispatch and the remaining eligible Nardi subtotal falls below $1,000, the free-delivery benefit will no longer apply.
  • If the delivery address changes to a non-eligible postcode, the applicable delivery charge must be paid before dispatch.
  • Returns, cancellations and change-of-mind requests remain subject to Outdoor Furniture Ideas’ standard returns and cancellation policy.
  • If an eligible product becomes unavailable, Outdoor Furniture Ideas will contact the customer to discuss an alternative, backorder, order amendment or refund.

13. Delivery Timing and Availability

  • Free delivery does not guarantee a particular dispatch or delivery date.
  • Delivery timing may vary depending on product availability, destination and carrier capacity.
  • All orders remain subject to Outdoor Furniture Ideas’ standard order acceptance, payment, delivery, website and returns terms.

14. General Conditions

  • The offer cannot be combined with another free-delivery promotion unless Outdoor Furniture Ideas expressly states otherwise.
  • Outdoor Furniture Ideas may verify an order’s qualifying product value, product eligibility and delivery postcode before dispatch.
  • If an order does not satisfy the promotion requirements, Outdoor Furniture Ideas will contact the customer regarding the applicable delivery charge or available delivery options.
  • If the promotion cannot operate as intended because of a technical error or circumstances outside our reasonable control, Outdoor Furniture Ideas may suspend or amend the promotion to the extent reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
  • Orders already accepted in accordance with these terms will be honoured.
  • By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions together with Outdoor Furniture Ideas’ standard website, purchasing, delivery and returns terms.

15. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these promotional terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right, guarantee, remedy or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

At Outdoor Furniture Ideas, we take pride in offering premium outdoor furniture at honest prices. Our Price Match Guarantee means you can shop with confidence knowing you will always receive the best available value.

1. Eligibility

  • The competitor’s product must be identical, including brand, model, size, colour and finish.
  • The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
  • Australian-based retailers only, with a valid ABN.

2. Exclusions

  • Clearance, liquidation, auction or closing-down sales.
  • Second-hand, used or refurbished items.
  • Marketplace listings including eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Amazon and Catch.
  • Wholesale, bundle or volume discounts.
  • Pricing errors or misprints.

3. How to Request a Price Match

  1. Obtain a written competitor quote.

  3. Our team will verify availability and pricing.
  4. Approved price matches are valid for 48 hours.

4. Other Conditions

  • Price matching applies to the product price only. Delivery and installation are excluded.
  • The offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
  • All decisions are final and at the discretion of Outdoor Furniture Ideas.

Fraudulent or tampered quotes: Any falsified, manipulated or AI-generated quotes will void the request and may disqualify the customer from future price-match eligibility.
