Alba Chair Range
The Alba chair range is a family of outdoor resin seating built on one design, so a whole outdoor area can be seated in a single look without mixing brands.
Six pieces are stocked, and between them they cover every seated position in an outdoor space:
- Alba side chair, the armless dining chair, the one that tucks fully under a table.
- Alba armchair, the same chair with arms, for the heads of the table or for anyone who wants something to push up from.
- Alba Relax side chair and Alba Relax chair with arms, both with a deeper, more reclined seat, for lounging rather than dining.
- Alba bar stool, for bar height tables and kitchen island runs.
- Alba bench seat, which seats more people in less length than individual chairs and slides fully under a table when it is not in use.
All six are moulded resin. That means they will not rust, will not rot, will not need oiling, and can be hosed clean rather than treated. Resin also stays cooler in direct sun than metal, which is a real consideration on an Australian deck in February.
The bench is the piece worth a second look. In a courtyard or on a balcony where circulation space is tight, a bench that slides right under the table gives you back the floor area that pulled out chairs occupy, and it seats two or three where two chairs would fit.
Check the seat height against your table before ordering, particularly if you are mixing the Alba chairs with a table from another range. Dining chairs and bar stools are not interchangeable, and a seat that is 10cm out is uncomfortable in a way people notice within one meal.

How do I clean and look after resin chairs?
Warm water, a mild detergent and a soft brush or cloth, then rinse. Avoid abrasive pads and solvent based cleaners, which will dull the surface. The polypropylene is UV protected and will not rust or rot, so the chairs can live outside, but like any resin furniture they last longer if they are not sitting in harsh direct sun every day of the year.
