Plastic Sun Lounges
Our plastic sun lounge range is built entirely around Nardi's resin loungers — Alfa, Tropico, Eden, Atlantico and Omega — each available individually or in sets of two and four for pool areas and larger outdoor spaces. Most styles come in White or Tortora, with the Atlantico range extending to Anthracite and Celeste Blue combinations.
Several ranges also come as complete 3-piece settings paired with a Spritz or Pop side table, useful if you're setting up a poolside spot from scratch rather than buying loungers and a table separately.

Plastic Sun Loungers - FAQs

-
What are plastic sun loungers?
Plastic sun loungers are moulded resin reclining loungers designed for poolside and outdoor use. Our range is built around Nardi's Alfa, Tropico, Eden, Atlantico and Omega ranges, most with adjustable reclining backrests and built-in wheels for repositioning.
-
Are plastic sun loungers durable?
Yes — all five Nardi ranges in this category are CATAS-tested to European EN 581 standards for outdoor stability and durability, a more internationally recognised benchmark than Australia's AFRDI standard. The resin construction won't rust or rot with regular pool and sun exposure.
-
How do I clean plastic sun loungers?
A wipe-down with mild soap and water removes most sunscreen and pool-chemical residue. Avoid abrasive cleaners on the resin surface, and rinse promptly after heavy chlorine or salt exposure to prevent residue build-up.
-
Can plastic sun loungers be left outside all year round?
Yes — the resin construction is designed for permanent outdoor exposure. A cover is still worth using during extended off-season storage to keep colours looking their best, particularly for darker tones like Anthracite.
-
Are plastic sun loungers comfortable?
The Alfa and Omega loungers have multi-position adjustable backrests so you can find a comfortable recline angle, while Eden uses a fixed contoured shape. The Atlantico range adds optional armrests for extra support if you want a more upright seated position as well as full recline.
-
Do plastic sun loungers come in different designs and colours?
Yes — five distinct ranges (Alfa, Tropico, Eden, Atlantico, Omega) in White or Tortora, with Atlantico also available in Anthracite and Celeste Blue combinations. Several ranges are sold individually, in 2-packs, 4-packs, or as 3-piece settings with a side table.
-
Are plastic sun loungers easy to store or move?
Most models have built-in wheels for repositioning around a pool deck without lifting the full lounger. For off-season storage, the resin construction is lightweight compared with timber or metal-framed loungers, making them easier to stack or move indoors.
