1. What is a Sipario outdoor partition?
   Sipario is a free standing outdoor partition, made as a grid of elements that hook together without screws. It divides an outdoor space without being attached to a wall or set into the ground, which is what makes it useful in a leased venue, on a rooftop, or in any courtyard that cannot be drilled into. Each unit includes a self watering plant container in the base, so it works as a screen and as a planter at once.
2. What is the difference between the Sipario 2 and the Sipario 3?
   The number is the element count. Sipario 2 is the two element partition and Sipario 3 is the three element version, so the difference is the height and width of screen each unit provides. Both work the same way, hooking together without screws and taking the same self watering base container. Which you need depends on how much screening the space actually requires, and both can be combined in a run.
3. What is Sipario made from?
   Sipario is made in Italy from regenerated resin, which is polypropylene recovered from recycled furniture and moulded again. That is not a lesser material for being recycled. It is UV resistant and holds up against atmospheric pollutants in the same way virgin Nardi resin does. For a venue chasing a sustainability rating it is a genuine recycled content product rather than an offset, which is worth knowing when a specification calls for it.
4. Do the partitions need to be fixed down?
   No, and that is the point of them. Sipario stands on its own weight rather than being bolted to anything, which is what allows it to be moved for an event, reconfigured as a space changes, or taken when a lease ends. That freedom comes with a requirement: Nardi specifies ballast of at least 30kg in each base container for stability, and that figure is not optional on an exposed site.
5. Can I join panels together to make a longer run?
   Yes. The elements hook together without screws, so a longer run is assembled and reconfigured by hand rather than needing a trade. Modules also stack vertically to a maximum of three components, which sets the tallest screen you can safely build. Plan for wind at that height, because a partition is effectively a sail: keep within the three module limit, fill every base to the specified ballast, and stand the units on level ground.
