Nardi Outdoor Tables
This shelf carries every Nardi table, and they divide into two groups: tables that extend and tables that do not. Rio, Levante, Libeccio, Alloro and Maestrale extend. Cube, Clip, ClipX, Step and Spritz are fixed.
Most are UV stabilised resin, which will not split and needs no sealing, and the longer extendables are also offered on powder coated aluminium frames. Talk to our team about your everyday and entertaining numbers, since that gap decides extendable against fixed. Measure at the extended length plus a metre beyond each end for chairs, not at the closed length.

Nardi Outdoor Tables - FAQs

-
What is the difference between extendable and fixed Nardi tables?
A fixed table is one length forever. It is simpler, more rigid, cheaper and has no mechanism to look after. An extendable table opens to add length, which gives the space back on the days when only two people eat, and on most terraces that is nearly every day. The trade is a joint in the middle of the top and runners that need keeping clean. The decision comes down to how far apart your everyday and entertaining numbers are.

Which Nardi tables extend?
Rio, Levante, Libeccio, Alloro and Maestrale all extend. Rio comes in two lengths, 140cm to 210cm and 210cm to 280cm, and is offered with a resin top or an aluminium frame. Alloro runs 210cm to 280cm. Maestrale is an aluminium extendable at 220cm. When comparing them, always work from the extended figure rather than the closed one, because that is the number that decides whether the table can seat the group you are buying it for.
-
What are the fixed Nardi tables?
The fixed tables cover the small and mid sizes. Step and Spritz are the small round tables, balcony scale, seating two. Clip and ClipX come at 70cm and 80cm, and Cube at 70cm and 80cm square, all seating two to four. Cube 140 by 80cm is the rectangle that seats six. There is also a Cube 80 bar height table and the Combo High range for counter height, which pair with the Nardi bar stools.

Should I choose a resin or an aluminium table?
Most Nardi tables are UV stabilised polypropylene resin, which will not split, needs no sealing or oiling and can be hosed down. Resin is the lighter and lower maintenance choice. The longer extendable tables are also offered with powder coated aluminium frames, which are more rigid across a long span and hold a flatter surface when fully extended. That difference matters far more at 280cm than at 70cm, and more again under commercial handling.
-
How much space do I need around an outdoor table?
Allow about 60cm of table edge per person, and leave roughly a metre beyond each end and side so chairs can pull out and people can walk past. For an extendable table, do all of that from the extended length rather than the closed length. Also think about where the table sits: a square in the middle of a courtyard needs walking space on all four sides, while a rectangle against a wall wastes none of the floor behind it.

Can I order Nardi tables in quantity for a venue?
Yes. Outdoor Furniture Ideas supplies Nardi tables in quantity to venues fitting out courtyards, rooftops and dining terraces. Trade accounts are available with volume pricing. Our team can work through a floor plan rather than quoting a single table, advise on resin against aluminium for the handling the tables will actually get, confirm lead times across a mixed order of sizes and stage delivery to suit a build program.
