25kg Grey Granite Round Umbrella Base, heavy enough to trust and still easy to move
A 25kg granite base in grey, 44cm across and 38cm high, made to hold an outdoor umbrella steady without becoming something you dread shifting.
Two built in wheels do the work. Tilt the base onto the handle and roll it to where the shade is needed, then set it down and it stays put.
Granite is used because it holds weight in a small footprint and does not fade or corrode the way a painted steel base can.
Care & Cleaning
Wipe the granite down with warm water and a mild detergent, then dry off. Avoid abrasive pads, solvents and bleach. Keep the two built in wheels clear of grit so the base still rolls easily, and set it down on its base rather than leaving it resting on the wheels.
Key Features
25KG OF GRANITE
Real stone weight in a compact 44cm footprint, so the base holds the umbrella without sprawling across the deck.
TWO BUILT IN WHEELS
Tilt onto the handle and roll it. You can move the shade through the day without lifting 25kg.
GRANITE, NOT PAINTED STEEL
Stone does not rust, fade or chip the way a coated steel base does when it lives outdoors.
ROUND PROFILE
A round base sits neatly under a round table and has no corners to catch a shin or a chair leg.
38CM HIGH
Low enough to slide under most outdoor tables, tall enough to hold a pole securely.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will 25kg hold my umbrella?
25kg suits most residential market umbrellas in a sheltered position. For a large cantilever umbrella or an exposed windy site, use a heavier base or a base plus weights.
How do the wheels work?
Two wheels are built into one side. Tilt the base onto the handle so the weight comes onto the wheels, roll it, then lower it back down.
Is it round or square?
Round, 44cm across. A square version of the same 25kg granite base is also available.
Can it be left outside?
Yes. Granite does not rust or fade. Rinse it occasionally to clear dust and salt.
