What materials is NOON outdoor furniture made from?
Three materials run through the whole collection. The frames are aluminium with a powder coated finish, which does not rust and holds up to sun and salt air. The woven backs and sides use 6mm Olefin rope, chosen for outdoor use because it resists moisture and holds its colour rather than fading through a season. The seat and back cushions are upholstered in Ivory Boucle.

Is NOON suitable for Australian outdoor conditions?
Yes. Aluminium frames do not rust, the powder coating protects the finish against UV and salt air, and Olefin rope is selected for moisture resistance and colourfastness. That combination suits a coastal balcony, a poolside terrace or an exposed courtyard. Maintenance is simple: rinse the rope and frame with fresh water, then wipe with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. In coastal areas rinse the frame more often to clear salt spray, and keep the cushions dry when the furniture is not in use for long periods.

What colours is NOON available in?
Mocha runs across the whole collection, a warm brown frame with coordinating rope, paired with Ivory Boucle cushions. A limited Olive Green finish is available on the NOON Outdoor Armchair for a stronger botanical note. Frame, rope and fabric colours can vary slightly between production batches, which is normal for woven and upholstered outdoor furniture.

Are cushions included with NOON furniture?
Yes. Seat and back cushions are included with the seating pieces, upholstered in Ivory Boucle. The three seater sofa also includes loose accent pillows. Cushion covers are not sold separately at this stage, so if you need spares for a venue it is worth asking us when you order.

Do the NOON swings need to be fixed to the ground?
No. Both the single and two seater swings are freestanding on their own A frame, so they do not need a beam, a pergola or a fixing point to hang from. That means they work on a paved courtyard or an open lawn as well as a covered terrace. Both stand 194cm tall with a 62cm seat height, and each includes a fabric canopy overhead. Allow clear space in front and behind for the seat to move.

BLOO by Pebl, Belgian Design
BLOO describe NOON as the colourful one with rope, and the range is built in that order: colour shows up first, rope weaving follows. It is not a collection that tries to sit still. The swing is finished with a light cover that keeps it relaxed rather than formal, and the whole range leans into colour, texture and a bit of movement rather than the flat neutrals most outdoor furniture defaults to.
BLOO is the work of Pebl, a Belgian design studio under the creative direction of Robin Delaere. Pebl designs outdoor furniture around architectural form and rope detailing rather than bulk, which is why the NOON frames read light even on the larger lounge pieces. NOON Materials, Aluminium and Olefin Rope
Powder coated aluminium carries the structure. Aluminium does not rust, and the powder coating protects the finish against sun and salt air, which matters on a coastal balcony or near a pool. 6mm Olefin rope forms the woven backs and sides. Olefin is chosen for outdoor use because it resists moisture and holds its colour rather than fading through a season. Ivory Boucle upholstery covers the seat and back cushions on every piece. All three materials are selected for Australian outdoor conditions and need nothing more than fresh water and mild soapy water to keep clean.
NOON for Homes, Balconies and Venues
Seat height decides what a piece suits. The low bar stool at 67cm suits a kitchen bench or counter height bar, and the high bar stool at 76.5cm suits a commercial height bar table of roughly 105cm to 110cm. Every piece lists its own dimensions on its product page.
The smaller pieces work where space is tight. The armchair at 63cm wide and the footrest at 70cm suit a balcony or a courtyard, and both bar stools tuck under a bar without taking a walkway. The larger pieces are for open space: the three seater sofa runs 212cm, the modular corner lounge 335.5cm assembled, and the sunlounger 223.5cm. The swings are the statement pieces at 194cm tall, so they need clear height above and room to move.
