Eclipse V4 4m Octagonal Cantilever Umbrella
A side post cantilever umbrella that puts 11.3 m² of shade exactly where you need it, with no centre pole in the way. The mast sits to one side, so the space underneath stays completely open for a dining setting, a daybed or the edge of a pool.
The Eclipse V4 is Instant Shade's heavy duty cantilever, designed in Australia and carrying Australian Design Application No. 202418675. The frame is extruded marine grade anodised aluminium, and at 44 kg folded it is built for genuinely exposed positions rather than sheltered courtyards.

RATED FOR REAL CONDITIONS
65 km/h installed wind rating, or 30 km/h on the 900 freestanding base. Always close the umbrella in unsuitable weather.
Canopy colours. Natural, Slate and Smoked Tweed. Further colours are available made to order for an additional charge. Fabric colours can vary slightly from a printed or on screen swatch.
Frame. Silver as standard. Non standard powder coat finishes are available to order with a longer lead time.
Warranty. The frame and mechanics are covered by a 5 year warranty. The canopy carries a 5 year warranty against fading in the three standard colours, extended to 10 years on made to order colours. The canopy is rated to UV Standard 801 at UPF80, blocking 98.75% of UV, and is water repellent and washable at 40 degrees without harsh chemicals.
Wind guidance. The wind rating depends on how the umbrella is installed: 65 km/h when fixed in place, or 30 km/h freestanding. Wind speeds are a guide only and wind damage is not covered by warranty, so close and secure the canopy whenever conditions turn.

Care & Cleaning
Close and strap the canopy when the umbrella is not in use, and fold it neatly so the fabric does not rub in the same place every time. Rinse with clean water and a soft brush, and avoid harsh chemicals and bleach. Wipe the frame with a damp cloth and a mild detergent, keep the winding mechanism clean and dry, and store the umbrella closed and covered over winter or in extended bad weather.
