Kanso Outdoor Wicker Side Chair
The Kanso Outdoor Wicker Side Chair is the armless dining chair in the range, a powder coated aluminium frame with a flat, smooth woven seat and back. At 47 cm across it tucks in close, so you can seat more people around the same table without crowding them. Inspired by the principle of Kanso, which celebrates simplicity and balance, the range keeps its geometry clean and lets the weave do the work.
The frame is powder coated aluminium, so it will not rust, and the weave is a flat, smooth synthetic wicker rather than a round strand, which gives a tighter and more contemporary surface than traditional rattan look furniture. Rated to a 150 kg static load, it holds up under regular use.
It is built for full time outdoor life, which makes it as comfortable on a courtyard, poolside or balcony at home as it is on a cafe or restaurant terrace. Matt black suits almost any setting, and the range runs from dining chairs through to lounge seating, both bar heights and a matching coffee table.

Care & Cleaning
Wipe the frame and weave down with warm water and a mild detergent, then dry off. Avoid abrasive pads, solvents and bleach, which will dull the powder coating and the weave. Rinse off salt spray if the setting is near the coast, and check the frame fixings every few months.
