The Nardi Komodo 5 Modular Lounge is a flexible outdoor lounge setting designed for patios, pool areas, terraces, balconies and covered commercial outdoor spaces. Made in Italy and designed by Raffaello Galiotto, the Komodo system uses modular resin seating elements that can be connected and reconfigured to suit different layouts.
This 5-piece configuration includes five modular sofa seats and two armrests, creating an L-shaped outdoor lounge with generous seating space. The modular design allows the backs and armrests to be positioned on different sides of the seat modules, making it easy to adapt the layout if your space or seating needs change.
The frame is made from fibreglass-reinforced polypropylene resin, a strong, low-maintenance material suitable for outdoor use. It is designed to resist UV exposure, moisture and general outdoor wear, making it a practical option for Australian outdoor conditions.
This version is supplied with standard Nardi acrylic cushions, available in Grigio and Rose Quartz. These cushions are best suited to covered outdoor areas, alfresco spaces, patios and semi-protected settings where the lounge is not left fully exposed to heavy rain or harsh weather for extended periods.
The Komodo design features Nardi’s signature open slatted side detailing, inspired by natural branch-like forms. This gives the lounge a lighter visual profile while still providing strong support for the cushions and modular structure.
