Teak's natural oil content makes it one of the few timbers suited to permanent outdoor exposure without chemical treatment, and pairing it with rope-finish chairs rather than timber seating keeps the set more comfortable to sit in for longer meals.

Because the Halston is sold as a matched setting, table and chair finish are already coordinated, which removes the guesswork of pairing a timber table with chairs from a different range. Budget for an annual teak oil application if you want to maintain the table's original colour rather than let it weather naturally.
