Pebl Hilo Table, down for coffee and up for dinner
The Hilo is one table doing two jobs. Wind it down to 46.5cm and it is a coffee table in front of a lounge. Wind it up to 67.5cm and it is a low dining table you can eat a proper meal at from the same chairs. Nothing comes apart and nothing is stored in a shed between the two.
Hilo is designed by the same Belgian studio as the rest of the Pebl range. The leg is a custom oval profile rather than a standard round tube, which is a small thing that makes the table look considered instead of generic.

Two colourways.Charcoal pairs a deep charcoal frame with a graphite ceramic top, a cooler and more architectural look. Mocha pairs a warm brown frame with a Sand B ceramic top, a pale sand colour that reads warmer against timber decking and sandstone.

Care & Cleaning
Wipe the ceramic top with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Rinse the aluminium frame with fresh water and dry it with a soft cloth. Avoid solvents, bleach and abrasive pads, which will dull the powder coating. Keep the adjustment mechanism clear of grit and rinse it in coastal areas.
Please note: ceramic is a fired natural material, so shade and pattern may vary very slightly between tops.
The base winds the top up and down between coffee height and low dining height, so one table covers both jobs from the same seating. No tools.
What seating suits it?

Will the ceramic top stain?
No. Ceramic is non porous, so red wine, coffee and sunscreen wipe off rather than soaking in, and it does not need sealing.
Can it stay outside all year?
Yes. Ceramic and powder coated aluminium, so nothing to rust, fade or split. Keep the adjustment mechanism clear of grit and rinse it if you are near the coast.
