A 240cm ceramic dining table with eight Tolo armchairs around it. This is the setting at full capacity: eight around the table with room to get a chair out without asking the person beside you to stand up.
Tolo is designed by Robin Delaere for Pebl, a Belgian studio whose work is built around craftsmanship and quiet, timeless shapes.
The table top is ceramic, chosen because it takes sun, rain and hot serving dishes without the fading, swelling or annual oiling that timber asks for. Every frame is Tiger powder coated aluminium, so nothing in the setting will rust, and the armchairs stack, so the whole set packs into a corner over winter.

Two colourways. Charcoal pairs a deep charcoal frame with black rope and a graphite ceramic top, a cooler and more architectural look. Mocha pairs a warm brown frame with latte coloured rope and a Sand B ceramic top, a pale sand colour that reads warmer against timber decking and sandstone.

Care & Cleaning
Rinse the rope and frame with fresh water and wipe with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid solvents, bleach and abrasive pads, which will dull the powder coating. Bring cushions inside, or store them in a dry place, when the furniture is not in use for long periods. In coastal areas rinse the frame more often to clear salt spray. Does the ceramic table top need sealing or oiling?
No. The Tolo table top is ceramic, which handles heat, stains and UV without sealing, oiling or any seasonal treatment. It wipes down with a soft cloth and mild soapy water, which is why it works for a table in daily use.
