At Outdoor Furniture Ideas, we want our customers to feel confident when ordering outdoor furniture and accessories online. Please review the return conditions below before purchasing.
This returns policy applies to orders delivered within Australia only.
Furniture & Accessories Returns
Furniture and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions below.
- Customers must contact Outdoor Furniture Ideas before returning any item.
- Items must be unused, unassembled and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns.
- Approved refunds may be issued as store credit or returned to the original payment method.
- This policy applies to Australia only.
Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Goods
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or appears faulty, customers must notify Outdoor Furniture Ideas in writing within 2 business days of delivery.
Please provide photos of the goods, packaging and delivery labels so we can assess the issue promptly.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied, Outdoor Furniture Ideas will work with the customer to arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:
- Custom-made or special order items
- Indent items ordered specifically for the customer
- Clearance, discontinued or final sale items
- Used, assembled or installed items
- Items not in original packaging
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, incorrect assembly, storage or handling

Important Notes
Goods returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Original delivery charges are not refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied.
This policy does not limit any rights customers may have under Australian Consumer Law.
